Short answer. Seven products on the cards are not tied to one museum: two hop-on hop-off buses, two guided bike tours, a city card, an audio guide app and an aperitif on a boat. Everything below comes from the product cards, read on 24 October 2026; none of it is our own experience of the tours. Two cautions first: the bike tours have only 5 and 4 reviews, and the boat has the lowest average, 3.5.

Two hop-on hop-off buses
Both are sold as a bus ticket, and neither card gives a duration, the validity of the ticket, the list of stops or the full route. The City Sightseeing card mentions a paper route map, an audio guide in eight languages (English, Italian, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese and Russian), a children’s audio guide in Italian, English and Spanish, and a free app with a walking tour and a real-time bus tracker.
The Gray Line product describes an open-air panoramic bus and lists a route map, audio guide in 11 languages, disposable headphones, WiFi, USB sockets, a hostess for the whole tour and commentary for children in English, Spanish and Italian. It excludes hotel pick-up, transport to the meeting point and admission to the landmarks on the route. The other card lists no exclusions, but neither includes entry to any sight. Both are marked as wheelchair accessible. For the metro and the airports, see our guide to getting around Milan.
Two bike tours with very few reviews
Both tours are guided in English, and both have only a handful of reviews: 5 for the first, 4 for the second.
The Highlights and Hidden Gems tour starts from Via Vetere in the Ticinese district and, according to its description, goes past the Duomo, Palazzo Reale, the Galleria, La Scala, Brera, Porta Nuova, the Sforza Castle, Parco Sempione and the Roman ruins. The duration field says 3 h 30 while the inclusions say 3 hours. It includes the guide, a bicycle and a helmet. The City Bike Tour lasts 3 hours and includes the bicycle, a helmet and water; its description speaks of backyard gardens, historic cathedrals and modern districts without naming a route. In neither are food, drinks or entry to attractions included, both are marked as not wheelchair accessible, and the cards ask you to arrive 15 minutes before the start.
Milan City Card: what the card lists
The card lists these elements: entrance to the Duomo di Milano, entrance to the Duomo Museum, entrance to the Church of San Gottardo (excluded on Wednesday), entrance to the Duomo rooftops, access to the Museo Nazionale della Scienza e della Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci, access to the temporary exhibition (depending on availability), an audio guide app with over 100 points of interest, and admission to the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana. It does not list public transport, the Last Supper, the Sforza Castle, Brera or the museum at La Scala. The card is not refundable, and the data do not say whether the rooftops are reached by lift or on foot, or whether any entry needs a booked time.
The single places have their own pages: the Duomo ticket page and the Science Museum ticket page. Opening days differ by place, so check the Duomo hours and the Science Museum hours before you plan a day around the card.
Audio guide app
The app has 58 reviews at 3.7. The card gives 100+ points of interest in one place and 133 in another. It lists commentary by local experts, offline maps and navigation, and six languages: Chinese, English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. Admission tickets to the sights and earphones are not included.
Aperitif by boat on the Navigli
It sails on the Naviglio Grande for about an hour (the duration field says 50 minutes) with a drink of your choice, red wine, white wine, spritz or a non-alcoholic one, and a selection of sweet and savoury canapes; tips are excluded. The card lists audio commentary in six languages and asks you to arrive 20 minutes early. This is the product with the lowest rating of the seven, 3.5 from 82 reviews.
What does a card give you?
The buses, bike tours and boat are run by private operators. The details above are those shown on the cards on 24 October 2026. Each card gives a ticket on your phone, a purchase page in your language and the cancellation terms. Read the card for what your date and option include.
